OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are very strong, but not indestructible. We do not recommend using our products to leave your dog on a tie out leash or attached to any permanent fixture unattended.
Any damages caused to property caused while allowing your dog to remain unattended while wearing our products are not the responsibility of Coconut Collars.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Items without monogramming can be exchanged within 5 business days of delivery.
Delivery dates are determined by the Canada Post tracking number attached to your order. The item(s) being exchanged MUST be in new/unused condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please arrange exchanges with us prior to sending your item back. Items sent back prior to exchange arrangements being may or may not be exchanged.
Monogrammed items are not able to be returned.
Damaged/defective merchandise can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt date. 

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
Coconut Collars accepts Credit/Debit cards through our website’s checkout as well as Paypal.
Checks and Money Orders are also accepted, but you must make prior arrangements before the purchase has been made. In these situations, there will be a waiting period for the check to clear the bank before your order will be sent out.
Cash, is also acceptable, and is my favourite form of payment as it gives me a chance to meet YOU – the buyer and hopefully your pup as well. And it saves you on shipping.

CARE
We recommend that you wash your collars on the delicate cycle with like colours.  Lay flat to dry.  DO NOT BLEACH!

Although Coconut Collars does their best to keep ample fabrics in stock and the website up to date, all collars are subject to availability.
