DOMESTIC SHIPPING
$10 flat rate for the first collar, 2 or more $15.
All domestic and international orders are shipped via Canada Post First Class mail unless otherwise specified.

UPGRADED SHIPPING
If you would like to upgrade your shipping (i.e. Purolator, FedEx, or UPS) please make arrangements with me. Additional fees will apply for upgraded shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USA $10 flat rate for the first collar, 2 or more $15. Outside North America $25 for the first collar, $30 for 2 or more.

Recipients of an international shipment from Coconut Collars may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. 
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
We comply with all local and international customs regulations and all forms will be completed with accurate package contents and value.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been completed. You can track your package via Canada Post.

SHIPMENT OR DELIVERY ISSUES
We know this happens sometimes. Packages get lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. We understand this, but rely on our customers to communicate such issues to us as quickly as possible.
We ask that buyers notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a refund/re-shipping solution to be considered. If you do not contact us within the 7 days window we may not be able to help you with these issues. Please contact us with any issues and/or questions about this policy.
